ATSE has recently announced the election of its new President, Professor Hugh Bradlow, who will take up the position in October.
Professor Bradlow is an electrical engineer with a doctorate in experimental physics. He has held professorships in Computer Engineering at the University of Wollongong and Electrical Engineering at the University of Cape Town. He is currently Telstra’s Chief Scientist and is globally recognised as a thought leader in telecommunications.
The ATSE President’s role became vacant when Dr Alan Finkel resigned to become Australia’s Chief Scientist.
